- I am a Costume Designer and Embroiderer and I'm currently between both Burton-on-Trent, Staffordshire and Huddersfield, West Yorkshire. This blog is a showcase of my work, showing the different elements of my processes from sketchbook, through to design and final constructed costume. My main aim in creating a costume is the portrayal of character. I am particularly passionate about taking characters from historical productions such as the works of Shakespeare and putting a completely new twist on the character.
